- Privacy
- OnlyFuelPumps does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise profit from any of its customers' information, which includes names, phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, or any personal information.
- Warranty
- OnlyFuelPumps HFP brand fuel pumps and fuel pump accessories are warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase. If your item should fail within this 1 year period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost after the failed item has been returned to us. The buyer must contact OnlyFuelPumps at +1-805-617-3938, or email sales@onlyfuelpumps.com to obtain approval prior to returning any item. Brands other than OnlyFuelPumps have individual warranties as noted.
- Shipping
- Our standard shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless otherwise specified or requested. Domestic shipments will arrive within 2 - 8 business days. International orders will be sent via USPS. Please note that there is no tracking available for USPS Priority International shipping, and in order to obtain an estimate and tracking the USPS Express shipping option must be selected. Any purchase totaling over $200 will require a signature confirmation for delivery. Please make sure you call us at +1-805-617-3938, or email sales@onlyfuelpumps.com if you would like to use a carrier not listed.
- Returns/Cancelled Orders
- OnlyFuelPumps aspires to the highest level of customer satisfaction, with an emphasis on providing quality merchandise at very competitive prices. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to let us know so that we might find a solution to the problem. Orders cancelled before shipment will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. To ensure your order is cancelled promptly, you should both send an email to sales@onlyfuelpumps.com and call our sales department for verbal confirmation and provide the necessary details so that we can identify your order. Items must be returned within 30 days, be unused, and be in their original packaging to be eligible for refund. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless a mistake in the order was made on our end. In this case no restocking fee will be charged.
- Limits of Liability
- OnlyFuelPumps’ liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price, or at our option, repair or replacement of the part(s). OnlyFuelPumps shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Any equipment sold herein upon which there is a legal limitation as to its use, is sold only with the intent that the purchaser shall use it in accordance with federal laws and those of the state or province where such use will take place. OnlyFuelPumps is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice.
